General Conditions of Sales

The present terms of sales have for object to inform the customer about his rights and duties connected to the validation of a booking, the sale and the organization of course(s) of individual skis or in private group with Maxime Leclerc Entrepreneur Individuel, alpine ski instructor awarded a diploma by State, registered on the DDJSS under the n°07392ED1251, SIRET n°390 279 867 00027, holder of a contract «RCE & RCP»(professional & personal civil liability) Allianz IARD n°48.392.817 via his membership n°49960 in the SNMSF union and the member to an Association of Approved Management. These conditions are communicated to the customer to assure the information aimed by the french law, article 96 of the decree 94-490 of June 15th 1994.

Maxime Leclerc Entrepreneur Individuel, owner of the name of domain and the website www.ski2max.com, reserves the right to modify without advance notice his prices and his general conditions of sale. This last one makes a commitment to apply price rates and general conditions of current sale to the date of the confirmation of the booking.

The presented price rates are considered «all taxes included» knowing that this day the services of sports teaching are not subjected to the VAT. Any official modifications on the field of application of taxes can be applied on the current price rates without advance notice.

Confirmation of booking :

After mutual acceptance of dates, services and total amount of the estimate by exchange of e-mails, the definitive confirmation of your booking will be effective in reception of a deposit fixed to 40% of the estimate. The confirmation of the booking (with or without payment of deposit) involves the general acceptance of the general conditions of sale by the customer.

Invoicing :

The estimate will be readjusted at the end of stays in case of modifications on the type and/or the number of service, the number of participant. A final invoice will be established and given to the customer or in person or will be sent by e-mail.

Payment of the services and terms of payment :

You can pay your deposit, balance or totality of the invoice by :

cash (€uros);
french check in €uros to my name;
transfer on my professional bank account : Maxime Leclerc E.I.,Le Villaret du Nial 73320 Tignes France, IBAN: FR76 1054 8000 1300 0441133123 95, BIC/SWIFT: BSAVFR2C.

The customer makes a commitment to pay the sums owed in 5 «working» days consecutive to the end of his stay.

Cancellation by the customer :

Attention: no cancellation because of bad weather will be acceptable except when all the skilifts are closed. In that case or because of injury, the cancelled services will not be charged and refunded if the payment was already made deduction made by the possible cost of PayPal and/or banking commissions.

Cancellation until 14 days of the beginning the reserved services, the deposit will be refunded deduction made by the possible cost of PayPal and/or banking commissions.

Cancellation unless 14 days of the beginning of the reserved services, all or some of the deposit can be kept according to the non-replaced services.

Cancellation at 48 hours and less of the beginning of the reserved services, the deposit can be kept and the balance of the non-replaced services can be charged.

Cancellation on my initiative :

If for a reason independent from my will I am in the incapacity to assume my services, I make a commitment to do my best to find you a competent ski instructor of replacement as soon as possible. In defect, the already paid sums for the non-replaced services would entirely de refunded free of charge and no additional compensations can be demanded by the customer.

Refunding :

I make a commitment to make any refund in 5 «working» days consecutive to the end of the stay of the customer except imponderable independent of my will.

Regulation of the litigation :

The general conditions of sale detailed above are subjected to the French Law. In case of litigation, only the Courts of Albertville, Savoie France, will have the skills to judge it.
